Our Principals

Gail H. Wilson, Chairman and President. Gail joined EIS in July, 1992 and became sole stockholder in 2002. Wilson is a licensed resident property & casualty agent in Georgia. She has a nationwide reputation as one of the foremost experts in the field of export credit and political risks insurance, and is one of the most prolific producers of new business clients. Her success in this field of insurance is largely attributed to her constant attention to the needs of her clients which has established her reputation as a premier service professional. Wilson is a frequent speaker on this subject at seminars and workshops, sponsored by a variety of companies and organizations.

1988 - 1992, Wilson was Executive Vice President and a minority stockholder of Owens International Insurance, Inc., Largo, Florida, a closely-held international trade services firm which was dissolved in 1994 after diversifying into many other trade service areas. She was responsible for the new business development and overall administration of that firm's credit, export credit and political risks insurance client portfolio.

1982 - 1988, Wilson was Vice President and insurance broker with Frank B. Hall & Co. of Georgia, Inc., succeeding Dick Boger in that position. She was responsible for substantial growth of that firm's client base of export and domestic credit insurance accounts. She broadened the geographic scope of that office into several surrounding southeastern U.S. states, working closely with financial institutions and other organizations in the region.

1976 - 1982, She was employed in various administrative, marketing and underwriting positions by the Southeastern Branch Office of FCIA, while it was located in Atlanta, Georgia (it was absorbed into Eximbank in 1992 and is presently located in Miami, Florida). Wilson serviced insureds, banks and insurance brokers located in several southeastern states for their FCIA/Eximbank insurance needs and coordinated policy underwriting with FCIA's New York headquarters.

Before 1976, Wilson was a school teacher employed in Augusta, Georgia. She is a graduate (BBA Mgt.) of Georgia State University, Atlanta.
